Buzzzsaw…with white !! yes white foil !!!…I use white glue for the ‘stenciling’ of the foil…I have upgrade to temp control wood burning equipment. The interchanging tips are nice, always use a blunt tip, the sharper the edge the easier the dig. Use a burner disc to learn. FAAFO ! Then I got busy with back glue mask and make-up pad wipe for red. It wasn’t enough but looked great with the contrasting saw teeth. White foil….the only foil that’s the same color on both sides…unique as most foils are metal-like in appearance….look for me to post up a reel on Instagram for the foil application…soon ! 🤠

A spin dye glue mask with a stencil on a hex
Tempo! Put my own spin (lol) on the TDIDI blood feather dyes tutorial with this glue-masked spin dye. Sprinkled in a little inspiration from jl dyes too. All PCAD acetone and q tips with some fine paint brush outlines to make each layer pop. One year into dyeing and I’ve found my favourite style. Takes a lot of work, but turns out great every time. Iceberg dye
Stencil was cut on a Silhouette cameo.
Lotion dye for the iceberg and whales.
DA for the sea and sky.
Had to do a last minute save one word ICE because the letters changed from my design to the printer, don’t know how 🥴 but that’s why they are a bit off.
Bonus info/quiz:
I only used 4 pcad colors for the entire disc, can you guess which ones?
Zone with White….plastic seemed stronger/tougher in the middle….framing of ZONE was not as clean as the framing of the factory foil ring. Sunlight made this amazing. And I’ll say this…I’ve seen puddle top discs before but this thing is a dog dish 😂
