Return Policy

Overview

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns are on a per-vendor basis and some vendors may or may not require the item(s) to be shipped back.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the main site address as this is a multi-vendor marketplace and returns should go back to the artist who sold and shipped the item(s).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your refund request has been received by the vendor, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and processed your refund for approval.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which usually completes within 2-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or PayPal account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact the site admin at [email protected].

Sale items

Both sale and regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges

If you are unhappy with the product you received for any reason, please contact the site admin at [email protected] and we will work with you and the vendor to broker the exchange of your product.

Replacement Delivery

Shipments are usually processed within two business days and will ship via the vendors preferred carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) with tracking information available in most cases.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please email the site admin at [email protected] so we can coordinate the return between you and the vendor who sold you the item(s). Since this is a multi-vendor marketplace, please do not ship to the main site address as the items will need to be returned directly to the vendor who sold you the item(s)

You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are often non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a shipping service that provides tracking numbers or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
