This disc was dyed using a combination of stencil work, glue masking, spin dye, and a glue bed. Would love for y’all to guess what order I did all the steps in!
The dog was colored with DA/acetone dyes and a paint brush. The sailor moon disc was a mixture of a reused cell bed and I colored her In using the dyes and a paint brush.
Beginner’s luck. First disc I’ve ever dyed. Innova “blue” Jay. Inspired by the bird, used pansy, Caribbean blue, sonic, and onyx in a glue bed.
7 layers of glue masking and spins
This is probably this years most time consuming dye i have made.
Everything hand drawn – handcut and filled with toothpicked acetone based colours.
toothpicking colours make them look really different from solid colours. 2 days & 500+ toothpicks destroyd.

Couple latest i have done.
Momonoke is q-line dd3
Alakazam is mvp glitch soft neutron
Blastoise and respecthergame are for charity event. Prodiscus slaidi and origo on their ultrium plastic.
Weapons of choice:
Mostly small brushes,qtips,toothpics with da.
Shaving cream and potato starch backgrounds.
IdPoly, prochem, and frisbeevärit were dyes used.
Mostly “custom mixed” dyes exept for bg
On Blastoise i tried to get that og watercolour’ish look. others are more straightforward simple ones.
My second spin dye. Not perfect but I’m still proud of it. I got my purple a little darker (actually a lot darker) than I wanted. I really like the blue line on the edge between top and bottom.
I forgot to mention I used qtips and glue masking for the designs on the edge, middle and center. The two white lines at 5 & 7 are just reflections from the lighting. I’m a poor photographer 🤣
Amumu ftw!!!! This little dude is a bruiser in league of legends. I have had no extra $ to spend on white discs, so I had this yellow escape and figured, AMUMU is green!!!! Worked out perfect, another character to add to my collection. All DA painted with toothpicks and precision tip qtips, except the tears which were lotion. (Totally wasn’t expecting them to turn out as blue as they did, Caribbean PCAD) (DA was, Caribbean base, then meadow, then flag blue for some shading, then dark dungeon for some more shading.)
A pair of lunas. I designed the stamp for a local tournament, then dyed them fire and ice style. Clear glue and acetone
Revisiting an old design. Clear glue bed and acetone
Commission for a local. DA stencil, lotion, and acetone painting
Bills Mafia chicken wings for a local legend. Glue bed background, acetone/da mix hand painted.
