  1. Blank Top ESP Zone
Stencil using DA custom black mix and hand painted using DA and Acetone for the rest.

  2. UV Z Wasp
Stencil using custom DA black mix, hand pained with DA and acetone. Gluebed for background. (the chainmail was 100% hand pained 😩)

  3. Blank top Soft Glitch
Stencil using custom DA black mix, hand pained with DA and acetone. Gluebed for background.

  4. Stencil hot dip for main body, rest is pcad mixed with acetone small increments then washed, then reapply to get desired effect

  5. Here is my problem, I do alot of acetone dyes. I will do all my black 1st. Run it under cold water and wash with dawn. It does not seem to matter when I go to apply the rest of the colors the black seems to always bleed in with the colors. Thank you for any advice. You all rock

  6. Fission Crave dyed using floetrol and silicone oil in a floetrol bed. My attempt at taking the classic “Lazy Wave” style to a cellular level 🌊🦠

  7. Mewtwo stencil done on an L2 Timelapse. Second time using DA to shade – really love how much it enhances the depth of the work. Hot Dip stencil, lotion and DA for color, DA shading, and glue bed background.

First time spin dying the back of the flight plate – the injection molding marks gave a bit of difficulty but really like the look versus a blank back. Also a slight gradient spin on the front to “frame” the piece inside the rim and add more depth.

    All PCAD colors

  8. This was my first attempt at hand shading. I used a firm pointed cotton swab dipped in my black acetone mix. Let it dry a bit before rubbing it on the plastic.

    Any constructive tips are appreciated

  9. Last minute, so if you guys don’t get to this nbd.

Tried getting some texture after watching Kateri’s video on TDIDI. Laid down some yellow, then red with detergent and a sponge. Threw in my dehydrator for increasingly long sit times and, while I expected/wanted some orange, I thought the red would eventually take but it never got any darker than orange.

Any tips? Thinking maybe I should just add some more red to the mixture.
