Let’s see what you’ve got and bring the heat this June! 🔥
I did one of these for a friend a while ago, and when I started thinking about heat and fire, I decided to do another one. This is Firebird. Much like they rise from the ashes, we do the same when Christ makes us a new creation. It was a fun one to do.
This flaming Uplink is for a huckin buddy of mine. Spins and DA for the flames
Did this one some time ago when I was still newly experimenting with dye applications. I wanted a grungy effect but I hadn’t really seen anything similar to model. This look is achieved by laying a gently wrung but still wet paper towel over the surface of the plastic and eye dropping acetone-mixed dye directly atop. The pattern/texture of the paper towel is what gives it that uniform halftone look.
Don’t know how it can get any hotter than a Pyro. Floetrol with a little bit of silicone oil for that “lava” effect.
