The program is tailored for disc dyers who want to transition their hobby into a professional business. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow your existing operations, we offer solutions to help you establish and expand your online presence.

No technical experience is required! We handle all the setup and provide video guides and support to help you navigate and manage your website.

Yes! You can switch to a higher or lower tier at any time. We’ll guide you through the process and make the necessary adjustments.

Website and Email Questions

The basic website includes a fully functional online shop with essential pages (Home, Shop, Contact). Higher tiers add more features like blogs, custom layouts, and unlimited pages.

If you have a domain, we’ll help connect it to your website. If you don’t have one, we can guide you through purchasing one or handle it for you (domain cost not included).

Yes! Depending on your tier, we offer either shared domain email (Starter) or custom domain email setup (Basic and above). Note that email hosting costs are separate and require a Fastmail account.

For the Starter and Basic tiers, your website will support PayPal for handling transactions. If you choose the Professional or VIP tiers, you’ll have the option to integrate both PayPal and Stripe, giving you more flexibility to accept a wider range of payment methods. If you have PayPal business you’ll be able to accept Credit Cards and Venmo.

We use WordPress as the content management system (CMS) and WooCommerce for the e-commerce functionality. Additionally, we incorporate various plugins and custom code to tailor the website to your specific needs, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Maintenance and Edits

Maintenance includes plugin and CMS updates, backups, security patches, and uptime monitoring. Higher tiers include performance optimization and proactive updates.

Minor edits (e.g., text/image changes) are included in most tiers, with turnaround times depending on your plan. For more significant changes, the Pro and VIP tiers include additional editing hours each month.

For Starter and Basic tiers, or for edits outside your plan’s limit, additional work is billed at an hourly rate of $95.

Business Growth Tools

Pro and VIP tiers include marketing templates (business cards, flyers, social media graphics) and monthly consultations to discuss strategies for growing your business.

This feature allows your customers to easily request custom designs directly through your website. It streamlines communication and order management.

The inventory management integration utilizes PayPal’s Zettle solution, which is perfect for in-person events. It allows you to make sales on-site while automatically syncing your inventory with your website. This ensures your stock stays up-to-date and prevents overselling a product. Please note that a PayPal Business account and Zettle are required for this feature.

Support and Customization

Starter and Basic tiers include email support, while Pro and VIP tiers add priority support with faster response times. VIP members also get video chat support.

All tiers offer some level of customization, ranging from basic (Starter) to fully customizable layouts, branding, and features (Pro and VIP).

Payments and Pricing

Additional costs may include domain registration, email hosting (Fastmail), and any optional à la carte services like logo design or advanced integrations.

Yes, we require a contract to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties. The agreement outlines essential details such as ownership of the website and its data, responsibilities for both parties, payment terms, and other important considerations. This helps protect your business and ensures transparency throughout the process.
